Consultation

The first step in the process is a site visit and consultation to discuss your project and to LISTEN to your vision of what you are trying to accomplish. If the project is feasible, we gather all the information we need to design and plan your project.


Plans & Design

Sometimes plans are required in order to prepare an accurate proposal of your project. Our design service is available to all our customers. We work together with you to produce a set of Concept Plans to reflect your expectations of your project.


Estimate Proposal

A list of references that you can call and a detailed itemized written estimate, including floor plan & structure overviews (consisting of 5-20 pages depending on the size and scope of the project) is submitted to you for review. We can then further discuss and edit the estimate.


Agreement

When the proposal is accepted the project is then scheduled. The first several pages outline the contract agreement with payment schedule. The remaining pages are the project details which list all items included in the estimate proposal in the order of the construction.
